Did you know that Florida did not show its support for Women’s Suffrage until May 13, 1969, by then belatedly ratifying the 19th Amendment?!?! Encouraged by the Florida Association of Women Lawyers to wear white in commemoration of this, I am grateful to stand proudly with this group of advocates, whether at a Solo Practitioner Lunch or at the Florida Bar. Together, We Accomplish So Much!!

Did you know that only 3 of the 9 Supreme Court Justices are women? Only 33% of active United States district court judges are women? Several judges, including Chief Judge of the 15th circuit, the Honorable Krista Marx, inspired & encouraged others today to follow their example and become members of the Bench.
